I could not wait to receive my Anchor Traditions - Pink Tie, and see what all the fuss was about. And make a fuss I did! After putting on my tie I did a little shimmy, nothing moved. Then I went outside for a short walk in the blustery weather (whatever happened to summer?!?!?), no flying over the shoulder. And finally I did a cartwheel for good measure but the tie staid in place!!! I was thrilled. Besides staying in place, my Anchor Neckwear tie was also crafted beautifuly. The seams were all flat and sturdy and the loop to put your 'tie tail' through is also well sewn, it is a huge pet peeve of mine when those loops rip, but I don't see that happening anytime soon with this tie! The iTie pocket is a wonderful addition for your business cards, I was worried that this might add extra bulk to the tie but it is very slick and positioned well in order to avoid any bulges. And the loops to anchor the tie lined up perfectly with the buttons of my (womens sized) dress shirt. Tieing my Anchor Neckwear tie was not all that difficult as it is just slightly thicker than the ties I am used to, just keep everything fairly tight as you go and the knot will come out nice and flat.
