Good Morning and welcome to October! With Halloween at the end of this month some parents have already started tweaking their children's costumes. One thing my mum always worried about was the warmth of store bought costumes (or the one's made by yours truly!) and so my sister and I usually left the house with at least one layer under our costume and a toque (we're in Canada eh) quickly added to the costume.
